2023년 12월 2일 추첨한 로또복권 1096회 2등 미수령 당첨 게임수는 1건이며, 미수령 당첨금액은 4천979만원이다. 해당 회차 당첨번호는 '1, 12, 16, 19, 23, 43 + 34'이며, 2등 당첨지역은 서울이다.
